We offer a full refund in the form of Store Credit on Ready to Ship item(s) returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date. Customised, Made to Order, Altered items, Accessories, Skincare/ Wellness are not subject to returns. You can initiate the returns/exchange procedure by contacting our Customer Service team at email@example.com within 48 hours of order receipt. After 48 hours, returns will not be accepted. How do you exchange an item?
We are currently accepting exchanges only for size on Ready to Ship Items. To check whether your item is eligible for exchange please check the Shipping & Delivery tab on the product page of your item. If you would like your product in another colour or style, your items will need to be returned first, and a new order will be placed using your collected store credit. New orders are subject to merchandise availability.
We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order. Made to Order items are not subject to returns however we do offer free alterations on all garments.

For Returns/ Exchanges:
● All items must be unworn, undamaged, unused and odourless.
● All items must have all tags attached - including Evoluzione brand tag and
designer brand tag. Tags must be in their original position.
● All items must be returned with the original branded boxes, dust bags, jacket bags and hanger where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
● Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
● Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
Here is a list of items that cannot be returned or exchanged:
● Accessories, including jewelry, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear etc.
● Items with any indication of wear and tear including: odour, stains, marks, rips, etc.
● Custom orders or Made to Order products.
● Orders placed using store credit
● Unstitched items like Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouse
● Altered products as per your specifications/measurements
We offer a free returns collection service to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy. Please check the list and cross check the “Shipping & Delivery” section on your products page to see if your product(s) are eligible for returns.
Please note: We can only offer a returns pick up from the same destination your order was delivered to.
What happens next?
Prepare your package with the returns documents enclosed in your order. Here’s how:
Place any return/exchange items with original packaging and tags attached inside the protective Evoluzione packet.
Please contact our Customer Service Representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at +918754445097 and they will email you a copy of the Return/Exchange form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of form receipt.
If your return/exchange meets our specifications, A reverse shipment label will be emailed to you.
Fill out, print, and attach the return label to the outside of the Evoluzione box and keep it ready for your specified pickup time.
Cancelling an order
You can make changes or cancel your Evoluzione order up to 24 hours after your order is placed. 24 hour cancellations are subject to full refunds and will only be refunded back to the original mode of payment. 24 hour cancellations for full refunds will not be accepted for orders placed with store credit.
